James O’Brien has now been appointed as Big Picture’s new Training Manager. James will be responsible for design and delivery of all client and team training. James will be heading up our team of trainers to support clients and partners from store colleague training all the way to roadshow events.
Although James is new to this role he has been working as a trainer and Regional Field Manager with Big Picture for over 3 years and previously worked for JVC as part of their training team.
We would like to welcome James to the Client Services team and look forward to some fantastic events!
