Our dedicated and experienced executive team builds and trains retail teams for specific field marketing campaigns. The HR & Personnel division coordinate hundreds of Retail Sales Agents. Training programmes are developed in close liaison with clients to ensure our agents have the best possible level of product knowledge.

Teams are trained regionally but controlled centrally using sophisticated IT systems to manage and monitor individual and group performance on a daily basis. Account Management packages are bespoke for individual clients. On-line reporting now compliments our fully detailed campaign analysis. Finance & Administration are also centrally managed by Head Office.
